Return Policy: We want you to feel like the belle that you are in all of your London Belle purchases, so if you need to return an item(s) for any reason, you can do so within 7 days of your delivery date for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost. Exchanges may be done within 30 days of purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
Items marked FINAL SALE or discounted for 20% or more cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions on return eligibility prior to ordering, please contact shoplondonbelle@gmail.com
Gift card purchases may only be returned for store credit.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be returned with tags still on. Any items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping charges.
Our inventory is limited and can sell quickly, so we can not guarantee your exact item will be available for an exchange. If so, we recommend repurchasing the item in the size you need and then following the return instructions to send the original item back. *Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait on your refund to be issued. Refunds or in-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.
